i want a pcie grafix card within rs 6000 to rs7000. which is the best right now on market. it should have minimum 256 mb ddr2 and sm3 support.

has low cost dx 10 card released in india..

yeah you can easily get 7600 series (7.7k for 7600GT) and 7600GS is 6.2k

I think XFX 7600GT is outa his budget. For 7K range he can get only BIG or Forsa.
