That data2.cab file is not readable....if u r installing it from CD, check if it has any bad scractches.....try copying the whole CD (if u are installing it from CD) to ur computer, either by taking image using for example Nero or by simply copying all filesin CD to ur comp. , then install the software.

u r installing Desert Storm 2, and it gives .cab file transfer error.it may be due to a badly scratched CD.

Create an image file (.iso file) of the CD using ISOBuster.
http://www.smart-projects.net/isobuster/
OR
Make an image of the CD usin Nero, follow the steps:-
In Nero,Go to Recorder>Choose Recorder, there choose Image Recorder.
Then put ur CD to the drive and with this CD as source make the image file.
http://www.nero.com/us/Nero_6_Ultra_..._A_Glance.html

After creating image file, using Nero ImageDrive (Software bundled with Nero), Run the image file in this Image Drive and then install the game.
