Default Assured Gift Not Received...!!

I am STILL WAITING for the Assured Gift.. of DVD. I have renewed my Subscription in DEC 2005. and now its 16 months. i have send e-mails and calls to DIGIT but nothing...... there is no any caretaker for the subscribre at DIGIT. So i am puting this point to the public..... THINK... DIGIT....!!
