phpbb to vbulletin

Right now my friend is using forum with phpbb and he wanted to shift to
vbulletin and i wanted to know if it is possible.
Anyone know if we can shift our database from phpbb to vbulletin.

Yes, its possible.

You need to use Impex from vBulletin to convert the Database from phpbb to vBulletin.

But as for me... it was easy Not sure about phpBB but i converted IPB forum of 20000 Members to vBulletin and everything worked like a Charm

but all version of vBulletine is paid... and they are very very strict on implimenting call backs to track any unauthorised installation



beware... never think of N(u)lled version

like in vbulletin ." like quick links ,todays post, new post,search and all that i mean menu bar like of vbulletin" for phpbb.

LOL, Use it at your Risk. Yes vBulletin.org is the site where you can find MODS, skins, etc for vBulletin and there are tons of them

You need *license* to download from vBulletin.org but......you know...things dont take time to hit the piracy scene

Yes, you will get those features If you use vBulletin...dont you think you will be getting the Menu bar of vBulletin LOL

You can Edit the Header by editing this file in Skin - overall_header.tpl
