Where is the shutdown dialog?

my sys runs win xp mce
i dont get a dialog similar to this in the attachment...

I simply get a drop down list box with options shutdown logoff and all in a dialog ...

I want a one similar to the attachment...
help me out

Hey buddy......
Go to
1. Control Panel
2. Open User Acounts
3. In Pick A Task-
Choose the Option Change The Users LogOn Or Off
4. Clcik On Use The Welcome Screen..........
5. Apply Options.........

But Buddy if it tells u that "Client Services for Netware has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features , you must uninstall Client Services for Netware.""
Then
To disable this effect U can..............
1. Open Control pannel
2. Click To Network Connection
3. A window wil appear
4. Right Click On Icon For Example-
Dail Up Connection
Virtual Private NetWork Connection
5. A menu Will Appear
6. Click On Propertise
7. A dialog Box will Appear...
8. There will be many tabs Ex Genral, Options, Security, Networking.
9. Click On Networking Tab
10. A dialog box will be dispalyed which shows:
THE CONNECTION USES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
11. Now, As u scoll down it will dsplay all the uses of connection.
12. You willl also see Client services For NetWare which will be checked
13. Uncheck that Box...... and Click The Uninstall Tab.........
14. cLCIK OK
15. restart UR Pc.....
16. DO THE WORK......

when i try to enable fast user swithching and the xp login screen...

A dialog appears saying Clint services for netware has disabled fast user swithching and the xp login screen...to restore uninstall client services for netware.... how do i uninstall it...

In add or remove progs there is no such entry called client services for netware...???
