I have 4 .avi movie files of approximately 700 mb each. I wanna see those movies in my tv using a DVD player.
When i tried writing them in a dvd using nero, I cant even add even 2 movies in a dvd .
Is it possible to write all 4 movies in a dvd??? If not atleast 3.
Please help me regarding this.
There will be an option for High Quality, Standard or Extend long play etc etc...maybe you have selected either High Quality or Standard...if you choose the lowest settings u can add exactly upto the capacity of the DVD

^^ I have selected Extend long play, even after i cannot add 2 movies in a dvd.
Ya i am using latest version of nero i.e. nero 7 premium.
That is strange indeed coz I use Nero and I can add as many as 6 movies using extended long play. I am actually converting my collection of over 1000 movies to DVD. This very moment while I'm typing this my Nero is currently encoding Starwars 4, 5 & 6 on one DVD.

if u r having a divx complaint dvd player then straightforwardly
write data disk ..
6 movies in one dvd..i do it like that..
if yr dvd player dont support divx..
then u have to do some work.. that format conversion thing is tiresome..

Will do but u'll have to give me some time as I've logged out of windows and am tinkering with UBUNTU 6.10 right now and installing some repositories...once that is done I'll be going to sleep...so sometime 2morrow night I'll logback into WinXP and give a step by step procedure of what I do.
Having said that I've noticed that I get best quality when I add only 2 movies in one DVD but for Trilogies I extend it upto 3. Earlier I had done all the 6 Starwars VCD's into one but the quality was not good.
