Default Reading Apple files

Well! guys, I have a MAC CD which was created using an Apple Computer and the format of the file system of this CD is HFS. There is only one file (Readme.txt) which Windows understand and opens up this file when I insert the MAC CD in the CD-ROM drive. The contains of this CD reads something like this --> "This CD-ROM was made on an Apple computer and contains files in the Apple HFS
file system format. This README.TXT file is the only file that is visible to
the ISO 9660 driver in DOS or Unix machines"

I would like to know if their is any SOFTWARE available (Freeware atleast) to read this CD in Windows XP.

Please help!
