hide tray icon

There are some programmes in which hilighting the tray icon gives options to hide the icon from the tray.How can I do the same thing with any tray icon?

Well There are Tons Of Utility For It.....The One That I Use is Ps Tray.....It Would only Hide The Icons in The System Tray But Will Be Visible In The Ctrl+Alt+Del Menu
