and i saw forums discussions relating to emule mods.. which perform various functions like decreasing the dwd queue,increase dwd speeds..gies a better credit ratio.. etc. have u guys used ne?which is the best mod..which wud fetch me good speeds and a not so long queues thx. |

I am using Emule Unicode and it gives my below average speeds for files that r round 10 mB.....BTW i am not able to connect to the eDonkey network using shareaza...dunno y?any answere???

Well Ii tried a lot of times - files of all sizes but was most of the times unable to download the files for emule, gnuetella and edonkey.
Methinks these networks dont have enough seeds plus the queue is really long. That makes it a spoilsport. For me BitTorrent and Kazaa rules. Kazaa for songs (though the availability is dwindling) and BitTorrent for all of the needs. BTW I use Azureus and Exeem. They are really gr8 BitTorrent clients.

eXeem is in the beta testing stage.
Not tried it yet. Happy with imesh and Bittorrent as of now. Climbing the learning curve of mIRC nowadays
