I want to install a setup.exe file. But i dont have write access to the C: drive. I usually install programs in the D: drive. But this specific setup doesnt even give me the option to select the drive and folder. By default it tries to install itself in the C:. Is there any way to bypass and install it in D:.
When log on screen appears, press "Ctrl+Alt+Del" twice and you will see a dialog box.type "Administration" as User and proceed. Then you may be able to work as an administrator.
It might be an application which basically stores its settings in windows directory and needs an entry in to the registry so U have to install in C drive
