friends i need this type of interface on my VB.net application.. I think this can be made by photoshop.. any idea how those hover effect can be made.. A small step by step tutorial will be very helpful!

Yea its simple. Jst make a white color rectangle on the shape on which u want that effect and then lower the opacity of that white rectangle.

and onething more...

is there any way to put graphics or image background in the "tabcontrol" of vb.net and is it possible to increase its width.. in my system when i increase the hight it increases but not the width...
