Ideas required

I am designing an help application for another application..say X

X application is webbased and it sort of a portal.

Can you give ideas to design an icon to represent this X

Something like an icon or symbol for portal, internet,......

depends on what your portal is about. How about a beach umbrella and a table with some chairs. If done right, it will give an idea of fun.

Try a businessmen icon

how about a picture of a computer and a bunch of coins on that. You could do better probably, but just develop an icon and you will get a better ideas.
