PenDrive Problem

an hr before my pendrive was ok and this all started when i used it for some time in my friends pc. the pendrive is showing write protected.. not able to format..
Tried everything... but not able to delete anything from the pendrive

A scan with AVG 7 showed the presence of "Trojon Horse BackDoor.Generic3.SDV" but the antivirus was unable to vault or delete it.. what should i do now?????

and offline means Av to download;

i too had the problem .. and kaspersky did the job..

kaspersky cleans all effectively . . norton corporate edition also does the job superbly .
