HACKED.. help pls.. :(

my account 'dcooo.com' is hacked. and i cant retrieve it , i got a mail in my alternate email id that i changed my password.. which i didnt.. now i am doomed. i didnt find and helpful stuff on yahoo helpcenter. is it possible that the id be blocked or recovered. my alternate email id given in that account is chillerail.com. the mail i received from yahoo is given below:

The only thing that can be done is blocked by contacting yahoo

Ur id has been hacked either by some keylogger or like this.Did u went to some cafe or other person house where u typed ur id and password.

You can try filling in necessary details to reset password. Maybe if you prove you are the actual user of your ID to yahoo, they'll reset the password.

Someone hacking Yahoo Servers is next to impossible. They pay millions to employees and earn in Billions.

Hacking is something which is always because of *end user* and not yahoo or gmail etc. Either you have Keylogger on you PC...or you falled for a phising site or something like that.

What i can recommand is to.. Contact Yahoo...but they will hardly. Email the *hacker* on your *losed* ID and ask him politely and he might listen

if u can fill out ur brithday pin etc (given during ur registration)u may be able to change the password again

after filling that form
