A simple Google search would've done u good.
And, it's ImageReady which deals with animated gifs, a part of the Photoshop package.

Use Image ready for it. I don't think you can create ANIMATED gif images in Photoshop.

I suppose you can create GIF animations in photoshop too. go to windows > animation and voila! you get the missing windwow. rest all is simple.

But no animation of existing animated gifs r detected in Photoshop this way. Only fresh animations can be made this way.
Use ImageReady... it is made for that purpose.

Well, PS won't detect animated GIFs but if you need to create "animation using photoshop" the thats the trick
