No GIFs

I m not able to see any gif images in my mails only irrespective of the browser i use.

Is it a problem with all your accounts or only with a specific provider.

Is it happening only in your email account or
any site on the inet?
Do u see image placeholders where the gifs are supposed to be?

In internet explorer, click Tools > Internet Options and scroll to multimedia section. There, check if Play animations is enabled or not.

Before that you can also ensure the following...

1) Check the file/Pic sent to you is Gif by right ckicking on it and choosing the properties.

2) Check if the file is simple gif or animated gif.
