Exclamation autorun


i have an external hdd(segate internal+techcom casing,160gb,5Partition ). Every time i connect it to my computer my computer start autorun for every Partition .how to stop it?

I dont want 2 stop autorun service, just donot want autorun for my external hdd.

1.) Right-click on the drive in My computer and select "Properties".
2.) Goto "Autoplay" tab.
3.) For each category select "Take no action" in "Select an action to perform" section.
4.) Apply it.

two of my drive contain mixed contain, that has movie, mp3 and photo. after trying that process the autorun didn't stop. now i face autorun for the two drive

Open regedit and goto:

Code:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
In right-side pane, create a new DWORD value NoDriveAutoRun and set its value to 1

Tell me if it doesnt work, I'll tell other tricks.
