help me to upgrade my bios

Hi friends!
i have a pentium III 700 mhz and zida instant 810c motherboard. i have win xp home and 128 mb ram. i want to upgrade my bios i searched on internet for upgrades but unable to find it . so pls help me..

first off, what is the purpose behind flashing your bios. Your system config, is pretty old, so if you mess up during the bios flashing, then you can go buy a new one LOL!!
