TV Tunner compatibility..

Hi,

Have some questions to ask:-

1.which card (Tv tunner) will be both available and compatible with Vista.

2. After having Tata Sky etc. , will the Tv tuner work???

3. Can we use the remote of Tv tuner to perform other functions of Pc like changing songs etc.

Does Vista require different TV cards? I got one but cant make it work with my STBox, will be returning it today & get another one but looking for answers.
