pls help : slow upload speed !!!

hello guys,
my problem is that whenever i upload any thing in megaupload and rapidshare i get too slow upload speed. i m using sify plan 915 with 150mb limited in day and unlimited nights. i get a good download speed of 30 KB/s (240kbps.)
my megaupload uploading speed 4 KB/s
my rapidshare upload speed 6-7 KB/s

how can i increase my upload speed? is there anyway to get the upload speed same as my download speed? plz help urgently.

my congig. cpu 1 ghz ram 256mb

I am sure that u r using free hosting

Ur answer is in ur question u said that u use megaupload and rapidshare.Rapidshare provides a normal download speed and very slow upload speed for free users .And in megaupload both upload and downloads have a slow speed.The only solution is that u hav a premium account.
