to change the logo of start button

hi guys
can we change the "start" in the start button writting anything our own purpose.realy this question was asked by my friend ,and he does not know how it is , but he had seen another system.i told him it is not possible,
but still i want answer from u guys.

friend these are only about resource hacker and others ,
there is no command on changing of "start button text"

hello friend the problem is i could not get the "explorer.exe" file from windows folder ,according the forem thred "First of all
Go to your windows folder here copy explorer.exe to any location and rename it explorer1.exe u can give any name now put it back to to the windows folder,
can u mention a little bit extra so that it is easy to access.

To change start button text/icon, u'll hv to edit %windir%\Explorer.exe file in Resource Hacker. Thats why "wizrulz" posted that thread link.
Just read the tutorial and then open "Explorer.exe" file in resource hacker and change what u want. But u'll not be able to save the file at its current location bcoz of WFP (Windows File Protection) service. So either disable WFP service using WFP patcher or use "Replacer" to replace the file with ur hacked one.
U can find both WFP patcher and Replacer here:

i used replacer ,still i got more compicated to do it ,
in that forum i could not get any option for "start button text"
i saw some bitmap/avi resources to change.

when i go to download on going download.com ,it opens the windows for some time and when i go to type hex editor in the searching i got a problem .

how can i "Open %windir%\Explorer.exe file, and goto: String Table -> 37 -> 1033 -> 578 (For New Theme) & String Table -> 38 -> 1033 -> 595 (For Classic Theme).
