Restore active desktop

hey there,

for several reasons i had to hibernate pc everytime i started it [hibernated approx 8-10 times].
probably thatz precisely why , now whenever i start the pc it asks me to "restore active desktop - y/n" each time & doesn't display the actual desktop on its own.
how do i get rid of this???

dude u ddnt mentioned ur OS..any ways ...if ur on 98 ..right click on desktop and uncheck display as web page ..or in XP uncheck the show web contents ..and ur done...
