Question pls help its URGENT


i have two account in my computer an administrator(for me)& a limited one(for my brother) i stopped some services thats what i thought as useless.But lately i noticed that my brother is able to access my "my documents" and is able to install as well .I would like some way to revert his account to limited one

A limited user can access other user's document when these folders are on a drive formatted with Fat32 format instead of NTFS. Fat32 doesnt support file permissions .. So first check if the format is NTFS or FAT32.

Stopping any service will not enable anyone to access your private folders provided that hdd format is NTFS.

To revert your brother to a limited user account, follow these steps :

Start > Run > Control UserPasswords2 {Press Enter}

Under the Users tab, Select the desired username and click on Properties.
In the next screen, click on Group Membership.
Select Restricted User (User Group) and click on Apply, OK.

This should do it ..
