Troubling pop up with ie

i get a pop up
i am using spy bot sd still not able to remove this , mostly pops up when
page cannot be displayed with ie
http://540.scmg.net/randomsites/banner.aspx
Can it be removed manually ... a cookie can be found containing this
link and javascript to replace the default page with the above link

i think that prob can be also solved ...
but what about giving try to firefox..
it has good pop up blocker...even download manager ...
hope solves problem...
i think ie must come with good features too ...
if u r happy to stick with ie i think other external pop up blocker soft can help you.

Use Google Toolbar to block pop ups.
Spy Bot SnD doesnt bloack Pop ups,it only blocks bad downloads with it's SD Helper BHO for IE.
