Default toring the error reports to be sent letter….

In windows XP, if any application crashes or windows face any problem it asks you to report it to Microsoft as an error report.

But I don’t have a 24 hour online connection so I want to know is there any way to store those error reports to sent letter when system goes online.

I think we can not store error reports,Also reporting errors doesnt matter much.So u better disable that error reporting feature.
Go to Control Panel>System Settings. In the System Settings, select the Advanced tab and then click the Error Reporting button to get another panel which shows the status of error reporting, there choose the option "Disable error reporting".
