i m getting this error quite alot.....now some appication also doesnt run becoz of this.......any idea...wht does it mean and how can it b corrected?????

thks for the guide...i tried it ...but it didnt worked for me...i guess the tutorial is wrt for a cd..........i even cant used debug command.........some other guide if any plz provide it....
