Fit n Convert 3-4 .avi movies in 1 DVD

hey frenz.....

for fitting n converting 3-4 movies in .avi format to .vob which is playable on my DVD player , i use DIKO.....

but it takes around 7 hrs for completing the task....

i want to know whether there is any other software or method by which i can fit the movies in 1 DVD which takes less time .....

Any help wud b appreciated.....

I did quite a work in converting.
It can't take less time but by far Ulead Movie creator plus has been the ultimate.

Any conversion time greatly depends on the Processor's Speed and RAM available

It does not depend on the software used for conversion

Few softwares do finish it faster at the cost of quality. Experimented on loads of 'em.

all dvd tools write generally P4 2.0 GHz with 1 GB ram for faster conversion...

yesterday, i used 5-6 tools, but all takes much time...

i m having PIV 3.0 GHz
1 GB DDR RAM

i think these r more than enough to get the data converted ! it shud not take 6-7 hrs..
