HELP!Cant find the folder options.

iam unable to find the folder options under the tools submenu...i even tried formatting it but still there's no use...am unable to see my hidden folders.

Yaar as u r new. lemme give u some tips for using this Forum.
First Search through the topic u want to post cuz mostly topics hav been asked and answered very well. Searcfh box is present in top right.
THis problem can be caused by a virus.
