i want to know abt : Can we trace the location from IP Address. as if i want to trace a location for a particular ip id is it possible or is there any software which does like this

If you have Zone Alarm its does that for you. But their are different route tracer some of them illegal ; just be specific what purpose its required for I mite be able to help better.
