Hello, I Have Encoded Whole DVD Songs With the Help Of Software UNLEAD DVD MOVIE FACTORY, This Encoded Whole DVD within 45 minutes in .MPEG Format, Actually the SIZE of All Video Songs are 150MB Approximently, BUt The Quality is Superb Which is As Follows
Video Format MPEG 2
Video Resolution 720 X 480
frame Rate NTSC 29.97
Audio Quality Dolby Digital 5.1

Now i want to Re-Encode This songs without Loosing the Quality, becuase The Size is the Factor...and also Resolution....plz Suggest me any Software from which i can do it
