How to Defrag the computer(IN bACKGROUND)

How can i Defrag my computer(in Background) when it sits ideal for 10 minutes.

actually its best to run defrag by turning off as many programs as u can; including those running in the background like firewalls, anti-virus, etc. if u try to defrag when such or other programs are running, the defrag process will constantly be stopped. still better to defrag in safe mode.

i think he wants the defrag to work like file indexing in desktop searches

i'm using DiskTrix Ultimate Defrag. its fast & has many option. (like arranging files according to file name/size/usage on the HDD)
