for that i wanna make my own font file for hindi.
can u tell me any good freeware for it?

I don't understand what virtual keyboard in vb means. But Macromedia fontographer is good to create TrueType and Postscript fonts. If you have knowledge about vectors, vectors union, intersect etc.

they you can create your own font. it takes time.

Go to bharatbhasha.com They have many free hindi fonts even for commercial use.
And for creation of fonts, me 2 lookin 4 same. If u get some info, plz forward it 2 me.
