not received dvd with digit december06

i am a subscriber of digit. i received the digit 12.06 issue. in it i didnt get play dvd. i reported to customer care as well as help@jasubai 3 days earlier but no respond. what else can i do to bring their attention..

U gt ur magazine via courier or by post In courier it's total safe but in postal way,postman may pull out DVD n deliver u only simple magazine Happened to me last month

digit team are very gud.They will must reply you.I have faced such problem earlier,but digit send me again.Thanx to digit.You will also receive reply from them soon.
