Is it possible for me to play FLV files [flash video] in Windows Media Player?
What codec do i need to use?

I think you can't play it in WMP.
Check
FLV Player
Its free and only upto 2MB

Use media player classic with klite codec pack , or just use vlc payer.

You can also use something like 'cinemaforge' to convert them to any format you choose.
BTW, are those youtube videos by any chance!
