Default Pando


iam using mtnl internet connection.per month i can download 400mb.if it increase the limit i have to pay the money for the extra download.currently i got to know about pando.i want to know whether the pando is downloading or sharing.the mazximum limit is 1GB we can recieve or send.is pando a downloading or sharing.please let me know

Erm, its not how you think it is. Pando is a filesharing utility and a very easy and nice one at that. But whatever downloads or uploads on your pipe, counts. So if you thought it was free for you to use and bypass your download limit, you are wrong.

Pando is a filesharing application.
