Digit dvd Damaged needs service

Hey guys just used for a day and the dvd drive dosent work . where to move for service ? would any samsung authorised do the service for free ? or should i have to pay ?

made a big mistake going for a cheaper one ....i ll never learn

whats the brand of DVD drive???

nd what exactly is the problem with the drive...nd if its just 2 days old then i assume that its under warranty...((incase thats new,nd not second hand)) :roll:

summary:
its a samsung dvd drive derlivered from digit got it on 28 dec 2004 evening installed the same evening watched a movie .. stopped in half
switched on the next day .. inserted a DVD to the drive it didnt work .....
just kept on turning the disc till the comp got stuck
tried several times ....

dosent read any kind of cd ... acd,vcd,RW-cd,or any one....

tried on diffrent computers still didnt work the same problem was seen
