can any one tell me i mean any one from his personal experience that mtnl triband is count uploads or not in their FAQ they give following answers cause i think it's counting in my 1gb limits (i m using torrents and pando)

All the websites you are opening and the files you are downloading will be counted. Data and files uploaded will not be counted in your data limit
Whether uploading data on internet is free or chargeable? E.g. email sending, file attachements etc?
Any form of uploads are not chargeable to customers. File uploading, email sending etc. are uploads and are not used for billing purposes.
