Default some tips


well i am planning to systematize a network of educational system..with giving proper privelege to users...setting proper settings and all with windows xp 2003
i donot have DHCP or so ..but i feel like many limitation can be put from with in windows...

any tips articles...idea...

Windows XP and 2003 is 2 different OS...

now the word "proper privelege" can mean a whole lot of thing.. so it would be very fine if u can suggest what type of restriction u want to impliment... ??

as when u put a system on domain network... through user policy u can do a lot of things...

get a Basic idea here...
