Pc nuisance

Hi ! anybody help me...!
I am sufferring from a nuisance when I open my removable device i found some folders such as network folder, data of administrator, and some default folders and file which can't be remove . instead it makes other duplicate . How to solve this problem ? anybody there kind person for me???
