Exclamation How to copy-protect a CD ro DVD?

Friends,
I want to know how to copy-protect(noone should be able to copy or rip that media) a cd or a dvd. The media may contain anything, such as games or mp3`s or video, etc. If a software is needed then it has to be free though one may write about a paid software just to let me know.
