Netone is the accountless internet access (CLI) by BSNL. For this you need not buy any special pre-paid package.

You can dial to 172222 through PC and create an account. You will be charged at the rate of 10p/sec. i.e. 6rs per hour.

You can use it day or night. all that is Rs.6/hr.

And yes the telephone charges are extra. You will get a heavy bill on telephone. Better get a phone on 399 scheme. For further details u can contact customer care centre for bsnl.
