is this config good for gaming?

i wanted to have an opinion on this upgrade i am making.
the details are-
seagate barracude 120gb sata+ old maxtor 93gb hdd sata
msi k8tn amd motherboard
amd 2800+ or above (if possible) 2.8ghz or 3.0ghz
400w smps from some company i don't remember the name right now,
server cabinet from the same company,
gainward 6600gt gfx card agp version or xfx 6600gt if i don't get gainward ,
samsung 17 inch monitor,
plain old keyboard
optical mouse from microsoft(a cheap one),
old hynix 1gb ddr 400 ram
creative inspire 5.1 speakers and will attach old speaker to it if possible
snoppy land cruiser racing wheel

Just Consider Altec's 5.1 Rahter Than The Creative's Surround Speakers As The Altec's Bass Output Is Purely Great

But do consider these:

u wont need 2 attach old speaker....or better dont do that...
Altec 5.1 is definitely a better buy but is much more costlier....

i am going for gainward 6600gt. the creative inspire is a cheap one that's why i am buying it. switching to philips 17 inch monitor. yes i have 1gb hynix right now. one more thing i want to ask. can i get data transfer from my old maxtor to the new seagate. and no it wasn't a boast post . seriously.
