I am not telling you to encode to DivX now. If you have encoded using DivX converter, the converter itself has the option for creating menus. Check out the image.

@kiran.rkk: Using divx converter will create a menu only which will allow u to combine various files into 1 file....This guy is asking about adding subtitles not the menu generation.
