Smile Are u really a genious try to solve it.....


i have intel p4 915 gav 512mb ram 8o gb hard disc
i have a very big problem since i bought my pc
my computer works fine in general but when i start game like any dos based game or high ram requiring game like NFS or counter strike or cricket or any other game or many application like turbo c or any other application which needs high ram my compter fan speeds up suddenly temperature increases rapidly i can hear a sound which shows that my computer is donig a very big work it becomes slow down
and one more prob..
during working a sound appears many times like crrrr.... crrrr....
i dont know waht happened to my pc
wheather it is hardware problem or software problem
can some1 help me to find solution of this
i have to face a lot of problem due to this
my computer is not old i bought it before 10 month and it's config is not bad then what happens to it plz help me
it's very urgent.........
plz help...........

That crrr crrrr... is your hard disk. My seagate 80gb does that a lot too especially during loading or saving. And for the freezing, jus install extra fans or simply open up your computer case when your comp is on.

One need not be a genius to solve a quantity less parameter question. Post the thread with some meaning full subject rather than Sarcastic ones.

Fan speed set for increase when u play high-end games and that's what they are meant for. Use a temperature measurement utility and post the temperature. And the sound crrr..crrr...may be that of Fan touching some wire components or hard disk sound. Post the temperature of HDD too. That would help us giving you suggestions.

the "crr crr" is probably your hard-disk if it isn't too loud, but if its more like a drill, then its the cpu fan coming in contact with loose wire
