Upgrade Bios

I have an ASUS k8s-mx mobo
How should I upgrade my bios ?

U should get the utility in the ASUS mobo CD to upgrade the BIOS.
Its a very good s/w, which automatically detect the new BIOS version over the net and installs it without any problem

I hv Asus P5-GL MX mobo and I hv upgraded my BIOS 2 times
