Default how to use 2 ddr to get ddr2????


how can i use 2 256mb RAMs to get the dual channel advantage?
is it worthy enough?
or should i use a single 512mb RAM instead??????

first of all, ddr2 is not the same as dual channel ddr....ddr2 is the new, advanced version of ddr....now 2 use dual channel, ur memory chips and ur mobo should support dual channel config (somebody correct me if im wrong).....now u gotta install both chips in parallel....ur mobo maunal should explain that....the performance gain is not phenomenal...but it is a performance gain all the same....
