hello
i need some help
i register a domain and i want to make a website but i want to make on my computer. and i want to know who can i use my domain on my computer and make and run site on my computer and access from any where (from any computer). so can any body help me?

hey for that u need few things primarily

0. a good pc with sufficient amount of memory and a webserver software
1. a static ip
2. a fast net connection
3. redundant power supply to keep the pc live


if you think that you can manage all these , feel free to psot here we will tell you the next stage..

brthr why r u trying these things....

100 MB + domain name is available for 600 Rs/- chk digit dec edition...


for making ur system local server try IIS or Apache..

I will suggest you get hold Dec 2004 issue of the Linux for you magazine. In LFY PRO they have given a 8 page article on how to do what you want to do. I just read it today.
