32 Gb drive corrupted

A 32 gb drive with 31 gb data corrupted ( . All folders r renamed in special characters and I m not able to open ne file as it shows empty folder. What to do ?? Can i recover the data ?

Restart windows in safe mode and try changing the owner type in its properties. Take ownership of subfolders and files. You might get access into the folder.
