how to convert quicktime ( mov) format to Divx File ???

There are many convertors available in market for that

For Cheapest(Free one) use quicktime for that.
first install latest DivX package and then export the mov file as .avi with your Settings

Else
use AVS Video Convertor is Awesome (though Not For Free)
