Slow torrent speed on iqara help!!!!

hi guys i need help..IM on a 192 kbps unlimited dedicated connection on Iqara isp.my IE download speeds are about 16 to 19 however i tried usingBitcomet,utorrent and i get speeds of max 5kbps on bitcomer on the others i get 0.1kbps etc.. the torrent has many seeds uploading is high..used to get 19 when i started the connection suddenly there has been a reduction i the speed ..evn in limewire speeds of 3 to 5 max however i used to het 20 initially

change the isp ...youtele( iqara ) sucks ........... I experienced 3 different broadbands and iqara is the worst because

1. lowest speed
2. medium customer support ( MTNL is worst in this case )
3. difficulty in getting connection
4. their regulators vary....if u download 100 mb they will show 120 mb like that .


change it immediately ....iqara sucks ...get bsnl/mtnl it is the best & cheapest

hey thx 4 ur reply..im in mumbai right now im paying just 700 for 192 kbps unlimited thts the cheapest we got here..bsnl not here..mtnl does not have any unlimited plan except the night ultd which is too less to use..any suggestions???
